VIVE Sync

As the senior visual, UX, and motion designer for Vive Sync, my role entailed overseeing the creative direction and user experience design for our immersive collaboration platform and its Companion App. I was responsible for crafting interfaces that enhanced user engagement and productivity. From conceptualizing, environments, iconography, features, interactive prototypes, 2D and in VR, to refining motion graphics and features that brought our product to life, I focused on delivering a seamless and innovative design aesthetic that set Vive Sync apart in the market. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I ensured that our designs not only met the highest standards of quality but also resonated with our users on a deep level, ultimately shaping the future of virtual collaboration.

Sync Lobby

Comprehensive redesign of the User Experience and Visuals for Sync Lobby, a critical area where users logged in to the experience, managed their meetings, customized their avatars, as well as adjusted calibration and settings. By focusing intensively on improving the overall user journey and ensuring a cohesive design language throughout, our goal was to provide a truly seamless experience for users engaging with VIVE Sync VR across various devices, including mobile, tablet, web, and desktop platforms.

Features and Iconography

VIVE Sync was dedicated to continually improving its features to create a more immersive experience for enterprise users. By collaborating closely with engineers and a 3D artist, the team ensures that each addition enhances the overall functionality and user experience. Through a process of brainstorming sessions, quick prototyping, and creating animations, new features are tested and communicated effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Environments

Explore, concept, and visualize a diverse set of scenes, environments, skyboxes, and the lobby area. Working collaboratively with the team, I wanted to create captivating visuals that would immerse users in rich and compelling virtual worlds. Iterating on various designs and incorporating feedback, I strived to elevate the overall aesthetic and storytelling of each setting. This journey of exploration and creation allowed me to push the boundaries of imagination and bring forth intricate and engaging landscapes that would leave a lasting impact on our audience.
